The Day: This time of year can be a challenging time for many as we ease into the darkness of transition to winter.
Taking deep exquisite care of our “selves” is a loving action we can take.
And so - we invite in the element of fire with this Nurture Retreat. Inwards we go, using the element of fire to support us, lighting up the Manipura Chakra, the Solar plexus, the energy within.
The afternoon exercise, you will be immersed in mindful and aromatic creativity with the leadership of Cup of Intention, Ginny Radke.
Create your own aromatherapy candles using soy wax and essential oils.
- Learn about benefits of using soy wax and essential oils.
- Create your own custom scent.
- Shift your senses as you blend soy wax & your essential oil blend.
Chris, Social Worker, will guide our Reflections discussion as we integrate the power of Tratak or candle gazing as we set intentions to take us through the rest of 2024.
The Ending: We end the day, as always, in community. Weather-permitting, enjoy a crackling outdoor fire with a Signature bevvie.
